Web Modules

Unlike traditional online portals, Surfpack is not limited by news feeds and Internet content. The Startpage consists of a set of independent modules each of which can be as simple as an RSS feed or as complex as a custom developed library.

With Surfpack you can place on your startpage -

latest news headlines
everyday favorites
current feather conditions and forecast;
search engines interface
clipboard watch (this module extracts URLs from clipboard and even restores brocken ones)
Smart Favorites module displays your most visited URLs
your friend's LiveJournal diary
personal horoscope
quotes, jokes, photo of the day

To display the source that isn't included to the distributive, use Custom group, which consist of custom RSS, custom webpage, javascript, and HTML modules.
